1 /5 Lynda N: Awful. Woman who did nails was rude and ignorant. I politely asked her to make sure nails were not too thick, she ignored that request and made them like tree trunks. She left a bitty cuticle on my thumb, I politely asked her to trim it prior to painting. She rudely said I would have to pay extra for that. I said hell no as she should make sure shes doing her job properly. There were chunks of acrylic under the nails which I asked her to fix, she went off saying it was glue. She was intent on having an argument with me so she got told to talk to the hand, she then proceeded to complain to her colleagues in her language, it was obvious she was not being complimentary because of her actions and tone. I was about to walk out but her colleague said they would sort it. 2 of them tried but the end result is ugly and not what I would call professional by any stretch of the imagination. If I could give a minus score I would.
I have been to that salon on and off for over 20 years. Ive had a few dodgy nail jobs there but this is by far the worst. Will never go back and wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy.
