5 /5 Fathma Haque: Since my previous parlour closed, I’ve found it difficult to find one that felt good enough. But visiting this place for the first time was such a lovely experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The lady who did my facial really took care of me, and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. My face felt so clean, fresh, and rejuvenated, and the whole experience was wonderfully relaxing. The price was also very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

1 /5 chloe: I had a very disappointing experience at Jewela Beauty Lounge. I arrived at 11:15am for an eyebrow wax, which should have been quick, but it took around 25 minutes because the beautician kept stopping to chat with her coworker. Unfortunately, she wasn’t fully paying attention and removed the end of my right eyebrow, leaving them uneven — even though I only asked for a light clean-up. When I expressed that it wasn’t what I wanted, she raised her voice and made me feel embarrassed in front of others. I still paid for the service but left feeling upset and uncomfortable. The prices might be low, but the lack of care and professionalism made it a really disappointing visit. I wouldn’t return or recommend this salon.

5 /5 Fareda Butt: I have been a regular customer for 2 years. Roma is so friendly, helpful and provides excellent service. She has beautifully done my hair dye, hair cut, wash and blow dry, waxing, eyebrows, pedicure and manicure. I am very pleased with the service and staff.

The facial left my skin feeling fresh, clean, and glowing, while the massage was so relaxing and helped relieve all my stress. The atmosphere was calming, and the therapist was very professional and attentive throughout. It was a truly refreshing and soothing experience — I left feeling completely rejuvenated. 1 /5 Maisha Roshni: One of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE HAIRDRESSER. I went in to check the prices first and saw £22 for long hair, which I accepted. However, later, the price changed to £28 because of my thick hair - this was not discussed before but I accepted anyways. The haircut ended when the stylist said so. I was not satisfied so I asked if she could do a better finishing as my hair was looking choppy. Nothing too complicated, just to thin the ends of my hair. Instead, the stylist got defensive and angry, saying if she touches my hair again, she will have to charge another £35. After this, she just left and didnt come back. She didnt show me the final result and I was still wearing the haircut gown. Another staff had to come and show me and take my payment. For £28, the end result wasn’t good at all and felt like a total waste of money. Spend that money somewhere else for a better haircut and better customer service.
