Joanne Chittenden Ive been training at RBBC since the start of 2020 and all I can say is that Charlie Knight will go above and beyond for his members when they need him. He will gladly put together personal training programmes for you if you have a specific goal in mind or a competition you need to prepare for. Every class programme has been meticulously thought about and put together to ensure members hit their peak performance ahead of any competition that they have coming up. Having been a member thats gone through everything from the Olympic Lifting to Powerlifting to Strong(wo)man training I have enjoyed seeing and feeling the physical changes and developments over this time and cant wait to keep going with this! Not only am I training at RBBC but the fact I can take my eldest daughter through to her own training sessions (which she absolutely loves) makes me so excited as shes getting in from the ground level and can only go up with whichever path she chooses!
