5 /5 fati saga: I really, really loved the service. The staff were very nice and welcoming, offering coffee and tea... . Today I had a foot massage with MAHI, and she truly has hands of heaven. She is the best. I have had many foot massages in other salons in the past, but MAHI is the best of the best. Thank you so much, and I will definitely come back, inshallah.

1 /5 Juli De Lima: If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for a laser hair removal service, but I did not go ahead with the treatment because I did not feel safe at all. When I arrived for my appointment, I was shocked to see that an inexperienced person was being trained on the spot, during my session. One staff member was literally teaching another woman how to use the laser machine while I was there. The person who was supposed to perform the treatment had no experience, no proper training, no course and no professional qualification. She clearly did not know how to operate the machine. At one point, the other staff member even warned her to be careful, saying that a mistake could cause serious harm, including blindness. Hearing this while I was about to receive laser treatment made me feel extremely unsafe. It felt like I was being used as a test subject. Because of this, I decided to cancel the service immediately. However, they refused to refund my money, even though I did not receive the treatment. On top of that, the entire experience was disorganised and unprofessional from the start. Before the appointment, they kept calling me constantly to reschedule. Even on the day I finally went in, they tried to reschedule again. They lied, showed no professionalism, and kept pressuring me with phone calls instead of resolving the issue properly. In the end, I paid for a service I did not use and never got my money back. This is unacceptable and feels like theft. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. Your safety and your money are clearly not a priority for them.

1 /5 Akiko Hoshina: I was blamed for this awful hair cut for being fidgety, in a rush and the best of all, being dumb not to check my hair before leaving the salon. The fact is I was horrified the way the hairdresser was cuting my hair. It was like if it was her first time doing it and last thing I wanted was an extra cut from her. It already looked bad from the front and when Luna took cape off without showing me sides and back I already knew there was no need, becaues it went horribly wrong. The above comments came from the owner as I sent these pics and asked if Luna was qualified. Not only was there no apology, I was criticised for being difficult and my standards being too high to meet. She also said Luna is the most requsted hairdresser and had no complaints until my visit - maybe they dont read reviews on here and Treatwell as her name is mentioned numerous times in the lowest rated reviews. It came to the point there was nothing to say when she asked why I bother to complain if I had already restyled the hair at another salon and had no intension of coming to back. To top it off she reminded me it was my choice to visit the salon in the first place - not hers. I thought business owners want to know the customers reviews and make improvements. Not this onwer nor the hairdresser. They think they had given the best they can and the blame was all on me for being Fidgety : I had been to numerous salons over years and never been pointed out or if I were fidgety, that had never resulted in a bad hair cut In a hurry : I wasnt. I had time to visit another salon straight after High standards for what I had paid : because I got deal from Groupon Conclusion : The level of customer service is DISGUSTING let alone quality of haircut (all correspondings are screenshotted as proof) In the lengthy correspondence there was NO apology from the owner Do visit the salon if you want to get a look of my 7 year old daughter done my hair" and being told youre dumb

The customer service is incredibly warm, the place is comfortable, and the atmosphere (with a touch of Jazz !) makes you feel relaxed right away. My eyelashes look like five-star, movie-star lashes – not too much, not too little – just the perfect long, natural look. They took amazing care of my eyes, with so much attention and gentleness. I’m definitely coming back, one hundred percent. Thank you so much!
