5 /5 yamina rashid: I have had my hair done by Vicky many times now, she is my go to hairdresser for my blondes! She’s absolutely amazing, cares about my hair health and creates beautiful results. I really recommend her especially for Asian hair as not many people are able to work with it and get us to the shades we desire.

1 /5 Fairy Dust: I booked and paid through treatwell. I have medium length hair but picked the long hair option and paid the highest available price for the wash and cut. when i arrived i was told that i had paid less and the real price is in fact more. straight away i was being treated really rudely as if i was part of some sort of con or scam to underpay for my treatment. this felt a little embarrassing as there where other people in the salon. i politely suggested that they have a look at treatwell and adjust the prices if they dont match salon prices as i just paid what it had come up as. the woman who was at the reception and was english speaking said it was fine and not at all my fault. however the woman doing my cut whose name began with a v continued treating me quite rudely saying its fine we will do it this once but next time you have to pay the full price. again, making me feel like i was trying to scam the salon. a very awkward and uncomfortable experience as they should have accepted their own fault and not blamed me.

1 /5 Richa Richa: I visited a salon hoping for a nice haircut for my 5-year-old daughter but were very disappointed. The hairdresser had a rude attitude, showed no friendliness, and roughly handled my child’s hair. When i politely requested heat protection spray, she snapped back angrily and said " dont tell me my job,this is not my first job". The reception staff also ignored my complaint. As a qualified beauty therapist and hairdresser myself, i strongly advise parents not to take young children to this salon.
