I came in unsure what to expect with taking on something completely new to me. Had never had a coach or done classes but everyone at In2 made me feel so welcome and up for the challenge. The coaches are amazing with putting together intense and fun workouts. They take their time to support you to get the best out of your workouts and push yourself. You also have great support from other members. All of it together creates a great sense of community.
With challenge finished I am staying on to begin CrossFit. I now have my new knowledge and habits for nutrition and fitness stuck with me from the challenge. Its what Ive needed for a long time.
If youre reading this with curiosity about joining In2, then just book yourself in for a taster session. You wont be disappointed!

Everyone at the gym is friendly and makes you feel comfortable (especially as someone who has never been to the gym before). All the coaches/staff are super helpful and easy to speak to if you. All the classes are different, fun and can be scaled to suit you.

From the moment I walked in other gym members chatted to me and made me feel welcome.
Then the instructor introduced themselves and they were just as friendly.
The workouts are tough but there is options for making it less challenging if you need to, the instructors are also there to help you during the workout and keep an eye on your form.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to try CrossFit out for the first time, as I did.
David H Village community centre in an old primary school building. Good facilities for events, meetings and has a nice cafe. All well maintained. Plenty of activities organised by the volunteers running it (and now owning it directly for the community)
Hiskia Van schepdael Honestly I couldn’t have been happier with Lina’s work. I’ve been on the search for a good nail tech in Surrey since my last one moved out and I’m glad to say I finally found it. Lina it’s super kind and welcoming. She will take her time and care with your nails as she is a perfectionist. Highly recommend her.
Jenny Holford I thoroughly enjoy Nicolas classes - the hour goes by before you know it! Nicola is a very "tuned in" teacher and I feel very supported in her class. Shes quick to "tweak" you when necessary. Ive always done yoga but my introduction to Pilates through Nicola has been really positive.
