She was very polite and welcoming and I have to say that was the best massage I have had. The facial was so wonderful too I can’t wait to book in again.

She did an amazing job on my awful eyebrows and actually managed to achieve a fluffy look even though mine are non existent from years of plucking too much. For the past six months, Ive been getting my nails done here and I cant imagine going anywhere else. I always opt for Bio Sculpture gel nails with the incredible nail tech Mia, who never fails to amaze me. Initially, I started with just a plain color, which not only looked beautiful but also helped my nails grow stronger. Once I discovered Mias talent for nail art, I was hooked. Whether I bring in an inspiration photo or describe an idea, Mia always brings it to life in ways that exceed my expectations. My journey at Immaculate Beauty didn’t stop with nails. About four months ago, I started getting my eyebrows done by Helena. My eyebrows were not in the greatest shape, but Helenas HD brows treatment has completely transformed them. Thanks to her precision and attention to detail, my eyebrows now have a beautiful shape and look fuller. Helena’s work has boosted my confidence and made me feel more beautiful. I also wanted to mention Daisy. While I havent had a treatment with her yet, her attentiveness and sweet nature always stand out. Shes incredibly lovely, makes me laugh, and goes above and beyond to ensure clients have a great experience. Whoever you get a treatment from you won’t regret it. I highly recommend visiting on a Friday for their Bucks Fizz Friday. You get a complimentary glass of Prosecco and can choose from a variety of treatments, whether its nails, eyebrows, lashes, or anything else you desire. The atmosphere is fantastic, thanks to the wonderful team at Immaculate Beauty. The owner Helena, along with Mia and Daisy, are some of the nicest people Ive ever met. They create a welcoming environment where you can have a laugh, enjoy a good chat, and get thoroughly pampered. I cant express enough how much I love going to Immaculate Beauty. The combination of exceptional service, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere makes every visit a joy. Highly recommend!

The appointment itself was really good and comfortable from start to finish. I felt relaxed the whole time and everything was explained clearly.
