1 /5 Ese Emefe: Hair Should have taken 2 hours, took 5. Hairdressers got hair wrong. Left for an hour to work on someone elses hair. I told them Id pay a discounted price. Then they started from beginning and did it in an hour and half. When I tried to pay discussed discounted price (£20 less) hairdressers locked doors, grabbed me and pulled me into the store, leaving me with scratches. I had to call the police and file a legal complaint against business Since talking to others Ive found that this is her second time manhandling a customer

1 /5 D M: Please DO NOT get your hair done in this place. The staff in this place are very unprofessional and rude. They happily mention a high price and get their colleagues to back them up and still make it seem like they are giving you a discount and doing you a favour. The stylist that claimed to know how to do my hair (sew-in leave out) had no customer service whatsoever. Instead of her to take responsibility and accountability for the nonsense she did on my hair she argued with me and blamed my hair for being natural. My hair that she knew was natural from the very beginning, even the week before when I walked in ask questions and this led to her following me to the hair shop. I wasnt even able to enjoy my hair fir 24 hours before it looked even worse than she did. She was very happy to mention a high price and take my money but when it came down to her competence, shes telling me to manage what she has done and she still expected full price. Her name is Chichi, with a fair complexion. When I ask her to rectify the issue, she had the audacity to still ask for money as if she deserves a further penny. For some reason, she could not see what she had done wrong because had gotten her money. Which is all they care about in this place. Lesson learned! She does not deserve to have a chair in a salon to do hair if below par work is what she is offering with horrible customer service. She needs to learn that good service will get you far, just the way bad service will make you crumble. The owner needs to find someone to replace her. PLEASE DO NOT get your hair done in this place. There are many hair stylists in the entire London that are more competent enough to do what they claim they can do in this place and more and they will probably have better customer service than this. However, if you do, just make sure you are satisfied before you pay them, make sure they do EXACTLY what you ask for. Because once they get their money, they dont care, will not rectify any issues, will play dumb and gaslight you. Beware!

1 /5 Dream Lee: Regrettably, I have to give this salon a 1-star rating, as giving zero stars isn’t an option. There is such a negative energy, a spirit of anger in Ify’s Hair Salon and I rebuke it in Jesus name. As a one time visitor, I feel like being there really disturbed my peace. Generally I find getting my hair done a therapeutic experience, it’s my time to relax, unwind and look forward to making myself look good and feel good but I felt uneasy and after I left, I just felt angry and deflated. The staff, including the owner Ify, were confrontational and unprofessional. Ify initially appeared welcoming, but her demeanor sharply changed when I expressed dissatisfaction with my hairstyle, showing an inability to handle constructive criticism graciously. The salon environment itself was chaotic, with many non-customers frequently coming and going, consuming food and lounging around. The cleanliness of the place was also lacking, with floors that clearly needed cleaning. The staff’s lack of professionalism extended to their personal hygiene and decorum; some seemed to have skipped having a shower before work, the smell was incredibly bad and sadly I discovered this because none of them actually practice personal space, constantly hovering over you and around you. Overall, it felt like the staff was primarily focused on the money, showing little concern for the quality of their hairstyling or customer satisfaction. Sad to say, they can’t actually do hair.
