1 /5 Anna Konieczny: Avoid this place!!!! Had what they called a luxury manicure and hands down- money wasted down the drain. Cuticles and painting took 5 min and super rushed meaning I need to now pay again for the service somewhere else. Really bad polish application - chipping after 2 days - see pics. Other and better places out there for the same money so dont recommend and wont return!

1 /5 Amina Jazlyn: Got my lashes done by Anne which felt rushed and dealt with no care. I was then experiencing redness in my eyes an hour after. I woke up the next day barely able to open my eyes as they were stuck together ( baring in my mind I have no allergies and never had a reaction with previous lash techs) Once I mentioned this to her she was rude and refusing to give me a refund as I “signed a contract claiming I have no allergies” which I don’t. This was clearly due to lack of care and improper application. She also left me In a room by myself for 10 minutes with a broken fan telling me to dry my lashes. When I called for someone I had no response and was just left in the room with no idea when she was coming back. Definitely don’t recommend coming here for lashes!!!! Wouldn’t come back even if you paid me to. Unprofessional is an understatement.

1 /5 Iveta Pohlodkova: Got my eyelashes done with this lady and as soon as you walk in the salon the place looked sketchy and dirty there was spider webs everywhere. but i still decided to get my lashes done with this lady because i had no choice. she made my lashes very long very spiky not what i showed her then i came back to her and told her to pay me back its not worth £50 she said she can fix it so she took my eyelashes apart with tweezers and put new ones on. this lady does not know how to do lashes and doesnt even have the right lashes. they look like i got clasters on and i can do clasters better. Lady i will soon come to your salon and you will have mine and my friends money ready. and i will call inspection on you as well c ya soon.

1 /5 Dais x: DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASH EXTENTIONS!!! paid £55 to get full volume lashes , walked out of there and instantly got them removed as I was in pain straight after , I went to another lash tech to remove them and her lash remover couldn’t even lift there glue , they was crusty , gappy and as u can see from the picture , there was lashes stuck to my eyelid , honestly disgusting and don’t know how they got qualified. Upon asking for my money back she agreed but made sure to tell me she knew what she was doing and apparently I was having a allergic reaction , as u can see in the photos I’ve uploaded they were extremely poorly done, my eyes are now swollen and red and I’m still in pain days after

1 /5 Jess Truscott: I went here as a last resort as I wanted my lashes removed, big big mistake! I arrived, got told to go to the treatment room which was so unhygienic and had not been cleaned in a while - I should have walked out at this point but I had pre paid. There was a cat lying on the beauty bed. My lashes were not cleaned, not prepped, just applied a strong liquid onto my eye and got told to lie down for 30 minutes. I got up after 3 minutes and realised this was not right, I looked at the product used and it was in Chinese so I’m not sure what it was. It also did not look clean or sanitised after every use. I left and have requested a refund but she has refused as the treatment I received was ‘correct’. Please please avoid.
