5 /5 Rima Z: I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Italian Wellness Retreat in July 2025, and all I can say is—wow. Im still riding the wave of that incredible experience. Oriana, the owner and founder of Hum, has truly created something special. I only joined the studio in April of this year, but I immediately connected with the space, the classes, and the teachers. Every detail is clearly handpicked and thoughtfully crafted—you can feel the passion and dedication Oriana pours into everything she does.
The retreat was genuinely life-changing and came at exactly the right time for me. I’d been feeling lost and disconnected for a while, slowly working to rediscover my spark—and this retreat helped me do just that. I came away feeling grounded, joyful, and more at peace with myself. I find myself smiling more, something that stuck with me from the yoga practice: “give yourself a smile.” And now, I do—often and sincerely.
The group of women I shared this experience with were some of the kindest and most generous people I’ve ever met. There were nine of us, and it never once felt overwhelming. There was a deep mutual respect and mindfulness that made the space feel safe and nurturing. The schedule was gentle and flexible—nothing felt forced or rigid. There was ample time for rest, and no pressure to attend every session. It was all beautifully balanced and intuitively led.
The retreat is held annually and is open to non-members too—in Oriana’s words, “Everyone is welcome.” I already know I’ll be returning next year, and this time, I’m bringing my mother along. I hope to carry the practices and the memories with me for a long time to come.
Wishing Oriana continued success in all her ventures, whether that means expanding Hum or exploring something entirely new. When someone pours so much heart and purity into their work, it shows—and it uplifts everyone around them. In the end, it’s always the clean hearts that shine the brightest.
