5 /5 Pip: Absolutely flawless service. Greeted warmly and immediately provided a lovely ice cold can of Rio. I asked for these mermaid inspired nails I found online and they discussed with me how best to match them with my shorter nails. They kept checking in about whether I was happy with their progress and when they realised one bead was in the wrong place they insisted on fixing it even though I said it was fine. The result was absolutely gorgeous. So, so happy with my nails!!

I loved how I was greeted with a complimentary drink on arrival and when I asked for a particular nail design.. it was no trouble at all.
