Hollywood Star Nails - (Near , UK)

2 /5 Anonymous: I have been going to Hollywood star nails for a very long time and i have a very good experience especially with Sophie, she is amazing and always does the best job. Unfortunately the last few times I have been i havent had a great experience with one of the male workers. His banter is not funny and can be very sexual and sometimes offensive. He asks me if i like it short or long (meaning a mans genitalia size ) and other vulgar questions. These questions make me feel extremely uncomfortable. When i told him i have had my nails on for 5 weeks and complimented another workers work. he said he is going to make my nails thin. Occasionally I get my big toes filled down, with no extra charge. When it came to me paying i took out a lot of loyalty cards that i have collected over some time which was worth £10 off. He then charged me £3 per big toe that was just filled down which added up to a total of £6 and he would only accept a few of my loyalty cards which ended up being £5 off and when i challenged him he said they only accept £5 off and i can use the other £5 next time. He constantly comments on my weight. I will not be returning to hollywood star nails which is a shame as i have been a loyal customer for over a year.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. They worked with great care and precision, making sure everything was done perfectly and checking in to ensure I was happy with the results. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. I left feeling confident, relaxed, and I am in love with my nails. They look so pretty! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Customer service at Hollywood Star Nail Shop is absolutely excellent! The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely warm. I had an amazing pedicure, complete with relaxing hot stones, and it was done to perfection. I was quite indecisive when it came to choosing a nail design, but they were incredibly patient, helpful, and took their time with so much care and attention to detail. My nails turned out perfect and beautiful — I couldn’t be happier! On top of the great service, they also offered refreshments and had such a fun, light-hearted atmosphere — everyone was so funny and made me feel at home. This is officially my new nail shop! Thank you so much — I’ll definitely be recommending you to everyone I know.

5 /5 pb: The whole team are always friendly and professional and the shop is so lovely! French tip designs are my go-to and my nails and feet are always taken care of at a high standard, no matter what day or time it is. I never leave feeling disappointed and they really care to make you comfortable! Booking online is the fastest way to be seen. I’ve had my nails done by every member ant least once and they all always know what they’re doing - so reassuring and want you to leave feeling satisfied and happy with your nails!
