1 /5 F Reeves: They are rude and very unprofessional. No customer service by any means. Very bad experience. Should read the review before I bought voucher for laser hair removal! No way to get through their phone to get an appointment, even you get one they would cancel it few times and rebook you for later dates which means a big gap between your treatment. Make sure if they offer you any complimentary session for any inconvenient they may cause, they put it on your file otherwise they will deny it and call you a lair. They are never on time but if you are late, they would not accept you and that means you lost your money and your treatment. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

5 /5 Silvia Campean: I have booked laser hair removal with this clinic. Today I had the 3rd session and I cannot fault the clinic or the customer service in any way. Well, I always walked in, never called them but could get an appointment every time. The staff who assisted me today were very friendly. I cant wait to finish my treatment, I can already see good results.

2 /5 Anon Me: I have actually had good results to my laser treatments, but I couldnt agree more with all the reviews on here about the salons lack of professionalism. They do cheat and lie, I saw this first hand many times. Telling clients the machine is broken so have to cancel their appointment, while Im having my treatment with the machine working just fine! This happened numerous times. The owner is almost always in reception yet lies and tells people on the phone that she is away. They hardly ever answer the phone, never check their emails, and then lie that they received no messages. They will not refund you for things that are their fault, will always ask you for cash, and they lose files all the time. They dont seem to know about discretion either, ask personal questions in reception while other clients are there, and one receptionist would always make a face and giggle when told what body part you want lasered! Unacceptable behaviour. Oh and Becks is not a new staff member (as someone wrote below). She has been there for many years, on and off. She just takes long periods of leave regularly. But I agree, she is very good.

1 /5 Nadi: Lovely ladies so I do feel bad writing this review. However, I have been severely burnt from my last laser session. I went home in excruciating pain, so intense that I had to take painkillers which I’ve never had to do before. I had red marks all over my body and could barely sleep and shower properly for 3 days. I called many times and left 2 voicemails and they haven’t got back to me. I’ve attached pictures of my burns (bear in mind this is consistent all over my entire body), some even formed into blisters. I can’t express how hurt I am to see these marks on my whole body and the emotional damage this has caused me.

1 /5 mama alaba: Please DO NOT waste your time and money at this place! It is one of the worst laser hair clinics I have been to. First of all, it is almost impossible to get appointments. You will end up waiting sometimes 3 months between your treatments before you get one. And most of these appointments will be weekdays, hardly ever at weekends. The staff are very unprofessional and rude, proper ghetto! I got the laser treatments through wowcher. When you come for your appointments the staff just rush quickly, they dont even ask you basic questions to see if you are still suitable for treatments (e.g. recent sun exposure or new meds). They rush so that they can sit down and gossip. I still have a few treatments left, but I have decided not go to there anymore. The results are poor, the hair reduction achieved is minimal. One time I wasted my time going to an appointment only to be told that they do not have a record of my appointment. Luckily for me, I had the appointment card with me and showed them. They treated me like a liar and didnt believe me until I showed them the card. If I had thrown the card away, they would have just asked me to leave and not bother. I have now booked laser treatments at a different clinic which is much more expensive but I dont mind. Please do not waste your time going there, I would never recommend this clinic even to my worst enemy.
