Nimrah Rehman Hydrofacial at Revive Cosmetics Earlier this year I had the most amazing hydrofacial at Joanne Fullers and my skin is glowing! Jo is seriously the best — she made the whole experience super relaxing and explained everything as she went in accordance to my skin type and condition which I really appreciated. The clinic has such a calming vibe, and you can tell Jo puts so much care into what she does. My skin felt so hydrated and refreshed right after, and honestly, I left feeling relaxed and pampered. Highly recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself or give your skin a boost — I’ll definitely be back!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with welcoming smiles and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. I had my first facial here, and I left feeling incredibly satisfied. The staff are not only friendly but also informative. Throughout my treatment, the therapist made sure to explain each step, which I really appreciated. I also brought in some of my own skincare products, and they gave me helpful advice on those, along with recommendations for products that would better suit my skin. H Hashim I went to Flora Hair Salon for a colour correction after a really bad experience at another salon. The highlights I previously got were nothing like what I had asked for, and to make matters worse, the top half of my head didn’t even match the bottom half. From the moment I walked into Flora, the customer service was honestly 10/10. The staff were so warm and welcoming, and they really cater to every client’s needs. As a woman who covers her hair, I was taken to the section at the back of the salon where they had a curtain for extra privacy. What stood out to me was how clients were walking in and the staff knew them by name. On top of that, the previous salon had also given me a terrible haircut, which Flora’s team fixed beautifully! If you’re looking for true professionals in the hair industry who go above and beyond for their clients, Flora is the place to go. I could not recommend them enough.
