1 /5 Sanjana Dubay: I went down to this parlour for the first time as I’ve recently moved to this location. I read the reviews and thought it must be a good one to trust my skin and nails with. I got my full face wax and nails done. The lady was so harsh on my skin. She didn’t know how to shape the eyebrows either. I had to ask her to cut the extras on the top, otherwise she would have left it looking odd as it was. I never realised I had a major bruise until one day after. This bruise is painful and has ruined my left cheek. I had to attend an event today, but guess what ? This bruise has ruined it all for me. There was NO scar or bruise until I got this waxing done. My face was all clear before that. It’s so important to be conscious when your customer is trusting you with their SKIN. Ridiculous service, I’m never coming back here, and I definitely need a compensation for what’s happened with me.
