Her friendly, inclusive, chatty nature turns pain into gain! I always come away feeling invigorated and happy to have been there.

5 /5 Kate Bolwell: I have been really enjoying Heidi’s reformer 1-1 classes. I have a few injuries that Heidi works around. I have never felt so safe and toned. She makes every class fun and yet I do feel pushed and worked hard. The big difference is, I am being safely pushed and know with her micro management I am not going to do anything silly. I highly recommend Heidi to all, especially if you’re recovering from an injury. You don’t have to wait to be fully recovered as Heidi will help the recovery process and give you a good workout at the same time. Thank you Heidi x
