When I first met her almost two years ago, I literally couldn’t walk from the pain. A chiropractor had made my condition drastically worse, so bad that I was barely mobile and relying on painkillers just to get through the day. Aarti was the one who pulled me out of that nightmare after struggling for almost 2 months. From the very first sessions, she started undoing damage I thought I’d have to live with as seems forever. She healed my sciatica, fixed my chronic back pain, and throughout my entire pregnancy I had zero back issues. None. I even became taller from her realignment work. I still go to her regularly, and every session leaves me feeling energised, lighter, and completely at peace. I’m now in post-pregnancy recovery, and her treatments continue to make an enormous difference. Aarti is not only incredibly skilled, she is warm, attentive, and truly cares about her patients. I’ve recommended her to my family, friends, and coworkers, and every single one of them had an amazing experience. If your body needs healing, you won’t find anyone better. Aarti is exceptional.

Dr Afshin A tidy boutique gym, though on the smaller side. The range of machines and equipment is somewhat limited, making it less suited for serious or advanced athletes, but perfectly fine for warming up or a lighter session. They no longer provide towels, which is a bit inconvenient. I’ve been a few times on a short five-session pass and for a week’s access for temporary use it does the job nicely. Overall, a decent option if you’re nearby and looking for something simple and clean.
