4 /5 Rajane Kaur: Ive been coming here for about 4 years on and off - great location, super close to HG station so can just jump off the train and head in. Used to get my eyebrows threaded here and they always did a great job and listened to what I wanted exactly. Usually get my legs and bikini line waxed here too. Staff are lovely and professional, very chatty and friendly. Great place!

1 /5 L C: I was very disappointed with the service i received. I waited 45 minutes, then was told they dont accept Groupons on a weekend. The decided to do my wax, without care and didnt even ask what I wanted, so took i all off. She didnt want to do my legs as they were expecting another customer after making me wait (for no reason) but managed to get my legs done as i was unable to come back the monday. I left almost in tears. I was treated so badly simply because i had a Groupon. Iv never sad such an awful wax.

5 /5 Mireille Brade: I get my eyebrows done here but had a facial as a birthday treat really lovely they use Elemis products and talk you through your skin and whats good for you. I came out feeling refreshed and relaxed. I recommend it.

1 /5 Evelina Satraite: Horrible ! Never coming back again. Took them 45 min to finish my eyebrows and even tho not completely! was left full of untinted hair !! And when she saw me unhappy she offered to do it again ! Come on I dont have one hour to stay in the salon ! And on the top of that peeled the skin from my eyes with the hot was !! Great. The owner of the salon is unprofessional and she shouldnt do service by herself rather get some trained people. Hight prices for poor service
