1 /5 Vibha Gupta: I have been going to Hanna’s for quiet downtime now . What I noticed this time was that there prices vary every time . For the same service they have been charging me differently and more and more every visit. The girl who did my nails today she was doing it as if she is forced to do the service . All throughout the process she was making weird faces and sarcastic remarks. She filed my nails very poorly and uneaqually . I was even scared to ask her to change the color even when I didn’t like it . I paid £70 just for nail paint and pedicure when in the last visit which was like 3 weeks ago £65 and £60 3 weeks before that and £55 - 3 weeks before . I only noticed it today as I always done bank transfer so when I checked the payments made in last 4 visits for same services was increasing consistently every 3 weeks . My last 2 visits too - the procedure was done by a temperamental lady and today who did was worse than her . . I am not going back again for any devices now .

One Friday, while I was running around looking for a place to get my threading done, I came across Hannah’s Nails and Beauty. From the outside it looks like a nail salon, so I wasn’t sure if they offered threading. I went in just to ask, and to my surprise they did offer it. I walked in without realising they were about to close, yet the staff still welcomed me in, even after I offered to come back another time. She was happy to help. The technician did an incredible job. This is honestly the best threading I have ever had. She kept the shape and thickness exactly how I wanted, and the result was clean and precise. I walked out impressed and relieved to have found a place I can trust. I highly recommend Hannah’s for anyone looking for great service and a friendly team.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming – it didn’t feel intimidating to walk in at all, despite the poor state my nails were in! They were professional throughout and did a fantastic job on my new set of nails. I’m really pleased with the result and will definitely be going back!
