1 /5 Eibhlin McFadden: Awful customer service , grubby salon and unprofessional service. I didn’t even stay for my facial as the facialist was more half an hour late - no apologies for this. I walked in ten minutes prior to my appointment and it was as if it’s the first she’s heard of the booking even though I was made to repeatedly call and text during the week when I was checking to confirm the time. I then I sat for half an hour and was made to wait on a pedicure chair? No windows , no ventilation , fumes of nail varnish is so bad. Not a relaxing space for a facial to be carried out. So I walked out.

I go monthly for laser hair removal treatment and she has always made me feel at ease by explaining the treatment, being clean and professional, and providing excellent results. I’m so impressed by her treatments and ability to make an hour of hair removal a pleasant and quick yet successful experience.

1 /5 Daniella Kay: terrible customer service on the phone! i called to book for a hollywood wax through a wowcher deal i purchased, and the lady on the phone was talking as if she wasn’t bothered to communicate on the phone. she sounded so annoyed, unbothered, no enthusiasm, so nonchalant and then she told me to send her a message on whatsapp rather than checking for availability on the phone for an appointment? i send her a message now and then call back 4 times, no answer! out of all the salons, i chose to book for a treatment here but the customer service experience over the phone is disgusting! even when she was giving out her number on the phone, she wasn’t even clear, and she literally couldn’t be bothered! how do you expect to have a good business with great customer retention if your service communication is poor? i will take my wowcher code elsewhere, i’m very disappointed! i’ve got things to do and they just long out the process “go on whatsapp”, and they still don’t respond, it’s ridiculous!

1 /5 As B: For the love of yourself do not go here. The owner/manager does not seem to understand discretion and wants you to state your private business very openly in front of all and sundry, so for example if you want laser hair removal on your nether regions be sure there will be an audience. I have had to ask to speak to her privately myself with her lacking the professionalism and simple common sense. Lets assume you bypass this cringe worthy stage and get to the point of laser, she will singe your skin by the inappropriate gel to skin ratio. Basically she is tight with her usage of gel which forms a protective barrier for your skin against the excruciatingly painful laser beams. I have had to say thats too hot many times throughout various appointments. The cheap prices have been the only reason I have returned. She is also quite prying and nosey and it is not somewhere you would like to go unless desperate, which I was. She is also quite keen to suggest you laser your entire coo coo as it is cleaner. She is not someone you want dabbling around anywhere near there. Its cheap but sure as hell aint cheerful. Stick to waxing or keep your bush.
