1 /5 Claire Johnson: I recently visited this nail salon with high hopes as I have been here before. Sadly, it turned out to be an utter disappointment this time. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cold. The staff barely acknowledged my presence, leaving me waiting about 15/20mins beyond my appointment time. Even then they were still accepting walk ins.
I was booked in for Biab and Spa pedicure. Once I was being seen to by what seemed to be the owner, I felt like it was rushed, careless nail work as they had people waiting resulting in uneven thick Biab with dust bits on the top and poorly painted nails, The pedicure was okay as it was done by someone else. They also have a lot of colours not in stock.
So when I politely pointed out the issues on my hands, hoping for understanding and a willingness to make things right. I received a dismissive response when I voiced my concerns. Instead she told me my nails were difficult to do. It felt as though my dissatisfaction was an inconvenience to them rather than a valid concern as a paying customer.
Leaving the salon, I wasn’t just disappointed with the poor quality of service but genuinely hurt by the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. I sincerely hope this salon reflects on this feedback and the owner learns to value and respect their customers experiences. Don’t go here if you want a more professional experience overall.
