Going to the classes is the highlight of my week! I started 3.5 years with very little fitness and not being able to run longer than for 5 minutes. I now feel fitter, stronger and have thanks to the classes just ran my first half marathon. I highly recommend Great Outdoor Fitness!

Paul & his team of instructors manage to ensure everyone, no matter what fitness level, are challenged. Sessions are one hour, varied, fun, time flies - a great way to get fit throughout the year. G D “Frostmorn101” My 9 year old does karate, and i have to say i think its a great place. Not only are they learning self defence but they also teach them respect for themselves and others, to listen and understand others. The young instrcutors are great with the kids. Have to say i think this a freatbplace for my daughter.

Emma Bell Absolutely fantastic club for all the family! Andy, Danielle and the gang are wonderful. We’ve been with them since April and there really is no looking back. They are incredibly kind, patient and fantastic at what they do. They’ve made a massive difference to our lives and I have a son who is so focused and passionate about attending he drags me out the door. Couldn’t recommend them enough. And ladies class is incredible. Overall outstanding academy for anyone who wants to feel part of the family, learn some new skills and be pushed to be better versions of yourself.

Steve Parkes The best old school gym around for miles. Plenty of plate loaded equipment and machines to have an amazing workout whatever your training. I paid £4 for a one off session and will certainly be going more often when Im in the area at that price.
