Grace is knowledgeable and has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and goals. She truly understands what I need to do to hit my goals and pushes me each session. I leave each session feeling surprised at what I have achieved. I can’t recommend Grace enough. She is fab!

Vikkiee Bennett This facility in the hotel in open until 10pm. We cant fault this pool, when we went we were the only people in there so had the whole place to ourselves. The pool is shallow enough to touch the floor at both ends so much safer for children & nonswimmers like myself. The hottub was lovely too, only downside is the staff have to turn it on from behind their desk so you may have to wait until they see you in there or go find someone. The Sauna & Steamroom also really great. At the time we visited, the showers in the changing rooms had no hot water buy we simply showered on our rooms before & after instead, complimentary towels are always offered to hotel guests, simply ask at reception.
