1 /5 Najrat Anjum Ani: *"As a regular customer of Gina’s Beauty Salon, I was always happy with Gina’s work — especially her pedicure skills, which are excellent. However, I have been disappointed by the overall environment, which feels quite unprofessional at times. For example, even in front of foreign customers, the staff often speak among themselves in their own language, which can seem inconsiderate.
In addition, their hair expert, Alina, has behaved very rudely on multiple occasions. I have taken her service 2–3 times, and each time she made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
Recently, they have changed many things, including staff and prices, but they did not inform customers when booking appointments. Even inside the salon, their leaflets still display the old prices, which is misleading and disappointing.
As a regular customer, I usually get my pedicure done by Gina, but this time they said I didn’t book with her, so I had to take service from another staff member. Unfortunately, the pedicure was poorly done and they even hurt my nail and feet during the process.
Overall, while Gina herself is very good, the salon’s declining professionalism and poor communication have left me dissatisfied."
