5 /5 Harry Mansbridge: I have been with Function for nearly a year; time goes by when you’re having fun! I was struggling with routine and knowing what to do with a workout; inconsistency and laziness was a common feature in my workouts. However, this changed with Function. You are given routine, structure, brilliant workouts and you are guided by incredible trainers: Alex, Connor, Liv and Ewan. The workouts are challenging, but enjoyable. The trainers hold you to account and help you push yourself further. They have helped me get stronger, fitter and fall in love with weight training all over again. You also feel like part of a community and the people you train with are incredible. I would recommend to anyone considering!

5 /5 Heather Miller: I joined Function six weeks ago, and these have genuinely been some of the best training sessions I’ve ever experienced. I reached out to the team because I wanted to rebuild my strength. After a series of minor illnesses, I’d lost a lot of weight and my confidence. I didn’t recognise how I looked and how I felt. From my first conversation with Function, I felt a real sense of optimism and was excited to get started. Every session pushes me, but they’re also so much fun. The coaches are exceptional, warm, encouraging, and truly invested in helping you grow - and every member I’ve met has been just as welcoming. They’ve helped me learn proper technique and knowledge, rebuild my muscle, and slowly piece my confidence back together. It’s only been just over a month, but I already feel stronger. And more importantly, the change in my mental health has been significant. That’s entirely down to the incredible team at Function - I couldn’t be more grateful.

5 /5 Sadie Roberts: 5 Stars isnt enough! Cheesy I know - but its so true. When I first began my 6 week challenge I was very nervous, having not been in any type of gym for a good few years. However, I shouldnt have worried, the coaches are welcoming and understand this can be a daunting experience, they are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and just want you to get the best out of the experience and yourself. Having now completed 6 weeks, I feel so much stronger, confident and empowered to continue striving for the best with my health and fitness - something I havent felt before. Keep up the amazing work team Function!

5 /5 Anish Gokool: I’ve been to other gyms but this is different.. All the staff are fantastic! They really take the time to understand you and what you want out of your development. They get to know you on a personal level and really drive you to achieve your goals. It’s like a little community and everyone supports each other. Won’t be going anywhere else. Love it!
