3 /5 Aileen N C: Ive had mixed experiences here. One time I had Drini cut my hair and it was really good. The next time I had my hair cut by someone else as he wasnt available and it was absolutely terrible. One side was longer than the other and my curls looked awful. I ended up going to a different salon to have it fixed a month later.

1 /5 Anna Nico: I booked an appointment with Drini, but he wasnt there. Instead, I ended up getting my hair cut by a female hairdresser - and honestly, I strongly recommend AVOIDING HER!!! First, I was charged more than the price listed on the website. Second, after giving me a blunt, one-length cut, she suggested adding layers. I trusted her judgment — especially given the £60 price — but the result was a mess. I ended up with the most UNEVEN, RANDOM haircut Ive ever had: inconsistent layers, with one section cut much shorter and the rest left long. I was so embarrassed that I wore my hair in a ponytail for three months. When I finally went back to my usual hairdresser to fix it, the only way to correct the damage was to cut my hair very short. Not worth the money. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

He’s never failed to give an outstanding haircut. He cuts as good as anyone or any salon - but charges about 1/3 of what other top hairdressers do.

1 /5 Emma J: I left this place in tears. Please do not go here. I love having my hair long and it will take months for my hair to grow back and recover from the damage. My hair was so badly botched that the ends were fried. I had it repaired at a different salon and had to cut 12cm off the length as I couldnt even run a brush through it without soaking it in conditioner. I emailed Flok about my experience and while they were quick to respond when I booked the appointment there has been 0 response. I sent reference images when booking and was told it was something they could do and I would be booked with their balayage specialist. I took a day off work for the appointment. The stylist used one of the silicon caps I have only seen in youtube videos and when I questioned it she insisted it was the best for my hair. In the process she ripped out tons of my hair. When she did the back section I asked several times if she was doing foils because I couldnt see - Instead she was just layering the hair into one giant foil which left a straight line across the back of my hair and over processed the ends. A Balayage specialist would know that is not acceptable. When I asked her to stop, or not to do things the stylist did them anyway. Towards the end when she was trying to fix it her male partner was staring at me in the mirror constantly. I was feeling very intimidated and like the only way I could leave was to say I was happy and pay so she would stop ruining my hair further. She and the other stylist also were pressuring multiple customers to pay in cash, even though they had a working card machine, another customer insisted and was able to pay with card and I also paid with card so there was no reason for them to do that.
