3 /5 Maggi Maggi: The pedicure was good. Although not much in the way of foot massage. The massage chair was lovely. Some of the staff wear masks all the time which makes it hard to converse. The foot spa basins do not have disposable liners. The rough skin scrubber and emery board seemed to be used on more than one person. Maybe they are sterilised between uses but there was no evidence of that. Same goes for the little metal cuticle snippets. There was only one coat of colour applied, meaning the finished look is a bit weak. I wasn’t offered a drink of any sort.

5 /5 Hannah Mathews: Always an incredible experience with high quality technicians, who are super friendly, and I am picky! Have been coming for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Have had Mai, Tony and Olivia doing my nails and all have been great results. Had Jenny today for a pedicure and received a lovely leg and foot massage also. See you all again soon.

5 /5 Jenny Dacey-Gale: As a nail technician/beautician myself. I can honestly say this is the best nail spa I have ever visited. And iv tried them all. Attention to detail on the luxury pedicure. My gel toes have lasted so well on my holiday. 5 weeks later they look good as new. Also very hygienic and clean. Felt like a real treat, without being at all rushed. Top service.

Their commitment to customer service is truly commendable, complemented by beautiful design and an exceptional quality of gel polish that has proven remarkably durable, lasting for at least 4 weeks, regardless of any designs I select. Highly recommended!
