Thomas Payne I strongly recommend Twist Studios and my trainer, Danny. The studio is clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing a great setting for workouts. Danny knows his stuff and designs varied sessions that keep me focused and challenged. With his guidance, I’ve lost weight and improved my fitness significantly. For anyone seeking a solid, results-focused training experience, Twist Studios and Danny are an excellent choice.

Amanda I had two classes with Heba and I can truly say I left sore (in a good way!), stronger and refreshed. Her classes are so amazing and honestly her cues make it so much easier to engage my core and move my body correctly. Her attention to detail makes all the difference. Definitely recommend. The studio itself is clean and cosy, with 8 reformers if I’m not mistaken. Would return.

Aristotle Bancale Its a gym! Most like any other gym. The branding. The classes. The equipment. The vibe. These things make it different. Its not 24/7. Its a 6am-11pm thing on most days. Peak hours will be busy, thats pretty much anywhere popular and central. Its Elephant and Castle FFS. You cant expect it to have anything else but E&C population. You get what you signed up for. Its a gym with a sauna. If you dont know what Im on about, thats the reason youre moaning about it in Google Maps. Have a little more street smarts and go to the dozen other gyms around, at least one a few minutes walk in any direction from Gymbox.

Natalie Kinchin Absolutely love Twist! Carlene has been supporting me through my postpartum journey. Carlene pushes me just enough and I feel stronger and more confident week on week. The studio is really accommodating of my little baby who I bring to most sessions too.

D Grant Dropped in on a Sunday morning and was met by an extremely friendly coach. She gave a tour, set up my work area while I was stretching, and accommodated the same for other drop ins. Very nice facility, super nice coach, easy to signup and pay online for the drop in. Definitely recommend if visiting London.
