Fitness4All South - (Near , UK)

D10 DUA Been a regular member for a while now, and the poolside being a main feature especially after a long day. Now the poolside repair work has been delayed for the foreseeable. No date or contractors...People are going elsewhere and gym has its busy periods however nothing at the same levels prior to poolside closure of steam room, sauna and jacuzzi.

Zish Adamson-Drage Jo really is a fantastic Pilates instructor, always clear instruction and with lots of modifications for different abilities. Would highly recommend!

Cannell Oliver (IC360) If youre looking to get fit, tone up, lose weight and build strength, Garys classes are great. He will push your limits (if you want to be pushed) and still makes it fun and sociable.

John OHare Love this gym ... staff are friendly, equipment is absolutely top notch and I really like the way the gym is separated into consecutive rooms of cardio machines, cable machines, and free weights / bench / press with studios upstairs. Its a great set-up, and NO annoying music. I didnt have classes in my 2 week visitors membership, but was very impressed with the Neo-Tokyo neon spin room. I got in 6 great workouts over my 2 weeks in town and loved it. Ill definitely be signing up again to keep the middle-aged-man-ceps happy next time Im in the UK to visit my Mum. Thanks to all the staff & fellow fitness fans at 5 Star for being awesome.
