5 /5 Sue Pegrum: I love Marikas Strength and Balance class on Wednesdays and the Dance for Fun class on Mondays. Marika makes it fun whilst ensuring that we are gaining strength and balance. The Dance for Fun class is amazing, and I have 2 left feet, but we’re moving, cardio is up and we just don’t take ourselves too seriously and enjoy many laughs. Marika is building a real community through her fabulous classes and in just a few months, I can feel a big improvement. Marika is a real professional in her field, a gentle and wonderful instructor. Highly recommend!
