1 /5 Gemma Jarman: Went with a friend and we had SNS nails done. Lovely. Few days later mine started chipping at the edges. Told said friend and hers were too. We went back and they repaired the chipped ones free of charge. Great. Following week 2 literally popped off. Went back to have them all just removed. Fine. Taken off. Mostly. Thumbs still have sns left on there As can be seen in the photo. I was told my hands hadn’t been under the lamps long enough so layers hadn’t dried properly. Only on some nails?! Was this supposed to be my fault? Then I had to justify why I wasn’t happy to have paid for a manicure as well as paying for sns removal! No refund offered. I did not pay for the removal!! My friends nails have crumbled off too. She doesn’t even want to go back to have them remove them. Waste of time and money. Really disappointed. This place used to be great. Not any more! Avoid.

1 /5 Angela Nakiyingi: The reviews must be fake? Feeling disappointed, ripped off and mistreated as a new customer. I had a man (forgot his name) do my nails. He didnt say hello or make any type of conversation. He kept on hurting me whilst drilling and buffing my nails SO ROUGH. I asked him not to be so rough yet he still continued. They didnt have any bright varnish colours so I gave him MY OWN nailvarnish to use. Acrylics here cost £25 yet he charged me £28 for putting ONE LAYER of their matte nail top coat. Look at the photos, the nails arent done properly. It looks like my nails have been on for a week. I was really looking forward to having my nails done as its been a long time. I will NEVER go back and DO NOT reccomend their service. I was friendly and very kind. What did I do to get such a poor service?? Im pretty sure that if I was a different skin colour I wouldve been treated nicely. Oh well. Karma will do its job.
