My brows look beautifully defined yet completely natural, and the lash liner has made such a difference — it gives my eyes subtle depth without looking overdone. What surprised me most was how comfortable the whole experience was. I was nervous about the eyelash liner, but it didn’t hurt at all. In fact, I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep both times! I found Ruby’s Instagram and messaged her explaining the situation. When we went for the consultation, Ruby was so reassuring and welcoming and went above and beyond to schedule my mums appointments before her treatment began. Her expertise meant that she was able to help my mum choose a shape and shade that perfectly matched her features and complexion. She lead my mum through the eyebrow healing process and was very reassuring. Having her eyebrows micro bladed has given my mum extra confidence whist losing her hair and wearing a baseball cap.
