1 /5 Doha Chowdhury: If only I was able to leave 0 star it would justify the haircut my baby had this afternoon at Rose beauty. I couldn’t even locate them on google map as they are trading with a different name. Unfortunately, I had to take my baby for a haircut this afternoon as we have a wedding coming up soon. So I showed a picture to the lady at the salon and requested her to give the same hairstyle(simple bob cut) to my baby. She was very adamant that she can do it. However, she kept asking during the haircut how I wanted it I requested her to see the picture again upon which she replied saying I have “15 years of experience “ I don’t need to see a picture and she was continuously talking through the process here and there she made me talk as well. Ultimately I was disappointed with my baby’s haircut as it looked nothing like the picture and at this point she got a third person involved from the next shop. I politely declined to participate in her drama! And walked out with my baby after paying her bills. However I’d like to conclude this disgusting experience of mine with Rose beauty this afternoon by saying that they don’t deserve to open up a salon with such poor haircut skills and no professionalism at all.

4 /5 Farzana Khan: Personally, i love getting my face waxed and eyebrows threaded here, as well as getting my bikini done here. The full bikini wax price is worth it. I don’t do my face a lot, i do it here and there once in a blue moon, the price of the full face is also worth it for me imo as well. I’ve only done my hair here once and what i got done is just my front fringe cut and to be completely honest that is something I wouldn’t do again as it got cut too short.

1 /5 karishma gilani: Burnt my entire face through hot wax was very harsh towards my skin and was not focused while working she was talking thoughout my entire wax and threading procedure. when I share her my face picture to her whatsapp instead of apologizing using slang like “bhai it happens your skin is sensitive” but why it didn’t happen with me at any other salon? She was giving unnecessary advice on my personal appearance infornt of other customer! Worst salon to go would not at all recommend to go with.

1 /5 Aneesa Mishaal: Upon arrival I showed a picture of the hair colour I wanted and I was told it could be done, after 4 hours at the salon the hair colour was extremely bright red not the desired colour that I had wanted or showed. Regardless I paid the full head hair colour amount and walked away, after a week the colour had washed out. As you can see in the picture. I went back and requested for her to do the job properly as I didn’t pay for half a head colour. She tried charge me an additional £15 which I refused to pay as it was her mistake, she was lucky I didn’t request a full refund for the inconvenience of travel and sitting for hours at the salon. She put the colour on again and this time she made my hair half maroon half dark brown and she said it would blend out after a few washes. After a few washes, the hair has now become red, maroon, brown and blonde. Absolutely disgusting! As you can tell I’m extremely distraught and will never go back. Extremely unprofessional and a horrific experience. Don’t ever go for a hair colour as she was horrendous. (Owner of shop- maaha/maahi)
