As Im not a very sporty person, the idea of starting to train with weights has always intimidated me, although I knew it was essential for women my age. I expected that I would feel criticised and looked-down upon, and naturally, was resisting it. But I feel very lucky that a friend suggested I meet with Anja. From the first meeting, I noticed that she had an extraordinary capacity to both accept where I was, and greatly motivate me to develop and build my capacities.
