1 /5 Natalie Kava: She as a person is lovely but I will never be coming back here again the reviews are obviously from friends . I asked for my eyebrows threaded and a Brazilian the eyebrow threading was perfect but the Brazilian oh no , the most painful experience and I get them regularly she took over 45mins and when she was done she asked me if I wanted to do the back at this point I don’t want it done because it was horrid I said no she then proceeded to do it anyway she didn’t even do all of it . When it came to pay Brazilian is £20 and eye brow threading is £4 and top lip is £3 so in total it should be £27 she charges me £33 because apparently do my bum was a extra £5 I told her in a Brazilian it should be included she said no it’s not .
Because I didn’t want to have problems and I just wanted to leave and get out of there I paid it but I will never be coming back my bum is stuck together and I still have hairs on my front . Never again
