5 /5 Cc Cc: Absolutely loved my experience with my injector Ella , she is a true sweetheart and puts her upmost effort and skills into her craft. I had booked a 1.1ml Russian signature filler and Ella had made sure to provide an in depth consultation for the desired look I was going for and explained how the process will be and I can tell you she achieved everything I was looking for , the shape of my lips is everything! Ella’s communication skills are fantastic as well as providing the comforting reassurance we all need when having such treatments done that we know to be quite painful, but with the strong numbing cream she uses you will feel a minimal amount of pain near to none! On top of that Ella ensures she checks in with me post treatment to ensure the healing process is going well and that I am still satisfied with my results (of course I am) and that if I have any questions/concerns then I am free to contact her at any time. I enjoyed my experience so much that I booked another treatment on the same day! Thank you once again Ella and I will be back again very soon! Xx

I first went to her a year ago when I had botched lips from a previous person and she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable as I was very self conscious. She took her time and was so kind and most of all she fixed my lips to PERFECTION!!! She followed up with me the next day and every few days after to make sure everything was ok. I have been going to her ever since and would highly recommend as shes very personable and the best at what she does!!!

Lips done twice and tried a few different facials.. definitely recommend them all my skin and face is still glowing. I will be coming back regularly, Ella is amazing the conversations I felt very comfortable especially being afraid of needles at first she kept me calm and reassured me every time ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 10/10

5 /5 michelle t: Had an amazing lip filler treatment experience at this clinic - I have had previous treatments at various clinics and this is definitely my favourite! Ella was very responsive on Instagram when I had a few questions and I was able to book at fairly short notice. When I arrived at the clinic, she was very friendly, welcoming, and informed me of everything clearly and easily to understand (How she does the treatment, any risks, aftercare etc). She also listened very carefully to the look I wanted and made sure that I was happy with the final look when she finished. The clinic itself is clean and hygienic and she was very transparent in the products and equipment she used. In addition, she also contacted me the following day to check up on how I was doing which was really sweet and shows that she cares about her clients. It’s only been a few days so my lips haven’t fully healed but so far I am loving the outcome! Overall a great experience - would recommend to anyone looking for safe, bespoke and great priced filler and planning to go to this clinic again for my top-up :)
