1 /5 Sana ghanim: Had such horrible experience with this hairdresser. She charged for human hair 320 pounds plus 30 pounds to deep duye and she lied to me about the time i will receive the hair. initially she( tracy the swindler) in a week and then i had to wait 4 weeks. I was shocked when i received it vey regular hair smells plastic and cheap quality after that i requested my refund and return the hair she abused me and she was very rude. Refused to admit her lies and give me back my money Dont trust them in this shop none of them is professional they dont know anything from basic things like dying hair and cut etc... The swing was terrible as well.

I came in as their last booking of the day, and even though the shop was closing, they still took me in and worked their magic on my hair. The fact that they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, even after hours, really shows how dedicated they are to their customers. The service is outstanding, and the results are even better. They truly do it all, and I’m thrilled with how my hair turned out! Please, if you’re looking for top-notch hair services, this is the place to be! 5 stars all day !!!! Big shout out to stylist Annchoice !!!

5 /5 Kim Arthur: Tracey was amazing, very blessed hands! I walked in without an appointment and she saw me immediately. She was gentle, patient and skilled. My hair was even better than what I asked for. Jennifer was also very friendly and warm.
