1 /5 Danae Valterio: Stay well clear of this place! My two experiences with this salon have been absolute nightmares. The first time, the salon was closed when I had my appointment and the second time, the lady came in with her daughter screaming at her in my ears. She rushed the job and joked that her hands smelled like fish as she had just been cooking. The owner was going to redo my lashes for free but then never responded to my messages. I wouldn’t even bother going to this place as they are super unprofessional.

1 /5 Leticia Martins: Don’t book! The service is terrible! The salon schedules with you, TAKES YOUR MONEY, and on the day of the appointment, TEN MINUTES BEFORE, they tell you they won’t be there. TEN MINUTES BEFORE! Obviously, I wasn’t going to leave the house with only 10 minutes left, which means I was already there. This made it even more disrespectful, because after I complained and asked for an explanation, they simply stopped responding to me. I wasn’t the only one; when I was at the salon, I saw other girls being stood up. I only managed to get a refill once, and when I tried to reschedule, they took my money and didn’t even show up at the salon. On top of that, it looked terrible! I’ve added pictures of how my lashes looked after JUST ONE WEEK.

5 /5 Nazia Khatun: First time getting my lashes done in this salon. Got my lashes done by Yasmin. Such a talented lash tech. I got light volume lashes and she did an amazing job! I will be coming back to get my lashes done again with Yasmin. Thank you so much x

1 /5 Aisha Younus: The salon was apparently closed when I reached for my appointment. When someone eventually opened it, I was told that my appointment wasn’t in the diary and there’s no one to do my lash lift. Apparently, the salon functions on a need-to basis. And even then, despite my appointment on Fresha, the lady didn’t show up. When called by someone, she said it’ll take her an hour to reach. Saying it was poor customer service is an understatement. Save your money ladies and please go to another salon.
