Im usually not a fan of trimming my hair, but Natalie did it so well – it looked fresh and healthy without taking off too much, which I really appreciated. What made me even more nervous than the trim was the thought of what my family would say – they’re very honest and don’t hold back! But when I got home, my mum’s reaction said it all: “This is one of the best treatments you’ve had done.” That meant everything to me. Thank you, Natalie, for the amazing care and attention.
