5 /5 Shammai Zahn: I’ve been a client at Esther Hair Medical since May 2024. I’ve done a range of treatments including Red Light Therapy, Exeplex, PRP, and other injections. The results have been fantastic. Although we were originally told the process would take 6 months and it has now been nearly 2 years and Im still under treatment, yet I can’t complain because its really working. The staff are all lovely and very professional. My consultant, Amir, is especially great—he’s always there to help with whatever we need. They are even flexible if we’re running a few minutes late. If you want results and great service, I highly recommend them!

I’ve been going to Este Hair Medical for quite a few years now and had various treatments from hydrafacials, laser hair removal, red light therapy recommended for others and more. I cannot fault them to be fair, my skin after the hydrafacials was glowing, I saw results after the first laser hair removal session not to mention the numerous people I’ve recommended to go there have seen amazing results on hair regrowth. Selda is the main person I deal with and what a knowledgeable angel she is. Smart, professional and always ensures customer service is there and the customers are looked after. The team are equally amazing, I think Sapna is the most popular with my family members! Cannot fault this place despite trying. The results speak for themselves. 5 /5 Mahdi Hasan: I recently had my hair transplant done just three days ago, and I have to say the entire experience was immaculate from start to finish. Every question I had was answered quickly and even if a response took a little time, I’d always get a message letting me know they’d get back to me soon. Truly a 5-star service I wish I could give it 7! Before the transplant, I also did a PRP treatment, and the team made it incredibly easy to schedule and attend all my appointments. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about my comfort throughout. The procedure itself took place in Turkey, and the service there was just as outstanding. The communication was fast and clear, with constant updates from the team abroad. Everything ran like clockwork from being picked up at the airport, to the hotel, to the clinic, and back again the drivers were always early and everything was perfectly organized. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend anyone considering a hair transplant to reach out to this team you’ll be in great hands. The aftercare is back in London, which is great, as they do your first wash and remove your scabs which I think is better than doing it at home and in the hands of professionals to make sure it’s done properly.
