1 /5 Carima: I would not recommend that place for milia treatment. For my first time there I was expecting a bit of explanation about how the treatment would go and if I would experience any pain. Zero communication whatsoever plus the person was not gentle at all and I was in a lot of pain for the 45 minutes the process lasted. Please treat your customers nicely and gently

The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. My skin feels fresh, smooth, and glowing after the treatment. 1 /5 Alix Maraval: I would not recommend this place for milia treatment. When I called they said they did treat it, but the first beautician who took me in didn’t know what she was doing and was hurting me, so she went to get another beautician without telling me. I could hear there was someone else in the room but I had cottons covering my eyes, when I removed them someone else was sitting above me. They were talking in Turkish so I didn’t know what was going on. Then the technician said to me I had milia and I said that I knew and that’s what I had booked. When she started the actual process, it was excruciatingly painful and badly done as they are supposed to use a tool called comedone remover to gently remove them but she was using her fingers and so much force. There were times where she had to press so hard and her fingers were on my eyes or even on my lips. When I said I was in a lot of pain she got defensive and told me to trust her please as she knew how to do it. She just carried on complaining it was gonna take too long. I wish she had communicated with me from the beginning that it’s a process that can be painful but there was zero communication. At the end she put lots of products that were burning my skin since she had made tiny cuts everywhere. I had to ask for her to stop applying the products because it wasn’t soothing but made it worse. When I looked up how milia should be treated, I realised none of what they had done was right. Don’t go if you don’t want to get cuts and swellings all over your face.
