1 /5 Risi: My first time trying this shop and went to get biab on my nails. I was pleased when i left as they did look nice. After 4 days some of my biab began falling off and i was very confused because biab usually last around 3-4 weeks. I went back exactly a week after i got them done because three had fallen off already within that period. I paid £35 for nails to fall off within 4 days. I went to the shop and asked if they could repair the three nails as it wasn’t my fault that they fell off. She then proceeded to tell me that she can’t fix it that it’s been two weeks and it hadn’t, it had been exactly a week and i showed her the date i got them done and she still refused to fix it for me. She then started making excuses that she has biab on her nails and it’s lasted her two weeks that it’s basically my fault that they had fallen off because i wasn’t careful. Which isn’t true because i am very fragile with my nails and even if i wasnt careful they shouldn’t be falling off after 4 DAYS. I don’t recommend coming here!!

1 /5 Remy Precious T: Not a neat job. Woman is very rude and dismissive. Cut me multiple times. They don’t look like they use clean tools. I’m praying I don’t get infection. Would never go back. Got my acrylic nails removed and my nails are very sore and in pain now. Not worth the money.

1 /5 Mica Marcelino: This salon doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I read the reviews before coming and all are bad reviews, yet I still gave it a go since I only need to take off my acrylic nails. I have a very sensitive skin around my nails so I told her be gentle, however she got annoyed and dip my fingers to a hot bowl of acetone and water, it’s not even warm! It’s extremely hot! Then she left me for 15 mins and nowhere to be found! And all the staffs are upstairs chilling. After a long while the guy came and removed my acrylic, however, he’s not gentle and my hands were so painful and full of wounds. I literally cried. Bad customer service.

1 /5 Harsha Dabasia: Been going to this place for a while now every 3 weeks to get nails done and every 4 for a pedicure. Last few visits the pedicure seems rushed and the way they painted my nails has been really bad. This weeks I went to get my jels taken off and redone. But it was so rushed and very messy. The lady was not painting it nicely and then left me to go to the next person and told another man to finish my nails off. I went back the next day to get it re done first they said 10 mins and then I mentioned I got it done yesterday and its already coming off and its all over the skin around my nails they then said there to busy and to come back tomorrow. Went back twice still not fixed. They were very rude and just start talking in a a different language as soon as I complained.

1 /5 Nad Stef: Have been there before and I was happy.Only one of the women though knows how to do manicure. Last two times I left very disappointed but they don’t care. Also I was charged extra for extended nails to be removed when they were not done properly and a few of them fell off the very next day and because I was about to travel, just stick them with nail glue a few times…
