Anastassia Kuleshova I did my first stretching class in London, in Good Stretch studio in Kensington. I came after work in the office and was very tense. The class definitely helped me to relax. Absolutely loved it! Trainer Ana is very lovely and explains everything in a simple and understandable manner. 10 out of 10, recommend!

Angela Papadimitriou Super fun, loved it!!! First session ever and enjoyed it to the max. The instructor, Anushka, was really attentive, hyped us up and helped me with poses and exercises which truly made me more comfortable as a first timer. Also the equipment was really good and the music was top. Honestly recommend it, 10/10

L P The tailored training and attention to detail Diana provides is rather unique. She applies her knowledge of Pilates according to what she sees the body needs and therefore each session is varied depending on what she deems appropriate. This is rare to find in my experience. The results therefore are not only a strong physique but also a better posture and long term ability to move pain free. For someone with several injuries she has been a life saver. She not only brings professionalism to the sessions but also humour and good vibes. She is truly remarkable and I leave every session not only feeling stronger but also in high spirits.
