1 /5 Rupert John: Absolute shambles and considering all mistakes we’re on there end they could of done more firstly i booked 2 treatments 1hr 30 mins luxury pedicure and the 1hr 15 top to toe massage so because my partner already had gel on she said she couldn’t do it and then said she would refund that portion of the booking and accidentally refunded the full amount then telling my partner she would have ti pay for her to continue the massage even though she was there as a gift for just before our holiday why would she have money on her, so she was there for over an hour got basically nothing and then wasn’t offered a free treatment in way of compensation for the waste of time and all of THERE mistakes or even offered the massage on the house after they messed up. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE GOING ELSE WHERE WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY she literally removed one toes worth of polish and left it you’d be better off getting your kids to do these treatments then emma’s beauty room, and to not offer her anything after all that is a shock and joke.
