5 /5 Sabrina Tazi: These are my last 3 sets. Best nails shop in the area. I’ve been going here since I was a teenager and I’m now approaching 30. I get my nails done here every 2 weeks and will never go anywhere else. They always come out exactly how I want them. I always get compliments on my nails. They are never chunky, uneven or smudged which has happened if I’ve ever gone anywhere else. Highly recommend to everyone. I get all my friends to go here too.

1 /5 Uma L Perez: I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They really damaged my nails when removing my acrylics. Furthermore the tools but mainly the nail clippers were so rusted and worn out that they wouldn’t clip through my natural nails. I had to tell the person who was doing them to stop as I had better luck clipping my own nails at home and finishing the job with my nail clippers. The person also cut me twice and i left with my nails feeling very weak and sensitive.

1 /5 Angel: I got a full acrylic set removed and I asked for a gel ‘overlay’ and a gel (shellac) polish on top. I received a full set acrylic nail removal and a gel (shellac) polish (no overlay) for £29, including a tip/extension on one nail (that broke during the service.) Another nail broke once I had got home from the nail salon, so I returned the next day at around the same time in the evening and was told that ”it’s not their problem” by the man at the desk on the right when entering the shop, I then experienced a little back and forth with him about me asking for a gel overlay the day before and him then making calls and trying to dismiss me. I hadn’t gone in and demanded my nail be repaired a gel overlay and gel (shellac) polish, I ‘asked’ for my broken nail to be repaired and that was all (I had already made a decision to not use their services again anyway) but instead I did a back and forth with this man for Thirty or Forty minutes before he ushered the nail technician to his left to repair the broken nail (absolutely crazy to me I’m actually still in shock.) So here we are 6 days later and all but Three of my Ten nails have split across the bed of my nails and above the nail line (my right thumb completely broken off.) As they’re still connected to my flesh/skin, If the nail bends or is touched with any force are VERY painful I might add. ANYONE...who uses this nail shop after reading these reviews is quite simply and absolutely crazy! I can tell you now before you choose to just ‘go and see for yourself’ that the manger (i’m assuming he’s the manager,) the guy who sits at the desk to the right when entering the shop...that man has no manners/customer service skills ‘at all’ and he doesn’t care what you think about that either. I’d encourage you to save yourself the disrespect and go to ‘Nail Bar’ further up the High Road, across from and just before Kilburn High Road Station. Reasonably priced, good customer service...nice pleasant environment.

1 /5 barbie: very rude, got Acrylic nails done and they are terrible. They are Bumpy the paint has already come of in most places and i got them done 5 days ago. there is acrylic or glue i don’t know all around my cuticles terrible service and nails. The man in there is so rude i don’t know who he thinks he is and i hope you reply to this review because i will happily tell him about himself. Do not go here there are loads of better nail shops in kilburn and clearly they are cheap for a reason!

3 /5 London Miss America: Iam really sad having to leave this review I have had my nails done here a few time but this experience will be my last, I returned to the shop everyday as the nails kept chipping off and even on my last visit I still had to pay additional for the failed 3 attempts of shellac iam traveling after just yesterday attempting a redo and as of this morning they are all chipped off again.
