Beatrice Mancone Excellent as always! Julie and Phan are the best nail tech I’ve ever met in London! Always polite, great attention to details, amazing costumers service and they always find a way to make my dream nails come to life! Never left this place unhappy! The second time I’ve got my nails done here I asked her for a design Julie wasn’t too sure about and suggested to do something else to make sure I was leaving we nails I liked. When I went in the next time she had learned to do said design just because she didn’t want to disappoint me, a new costumer!! She is a real star! Do yourself a favor and get your nails done here! This is my set from today, 10000/10!

Sadie Finch I’ve been going to Jo for nails for 6 years and can not recommend Pamper rooms enough. I get builder gel, that last up to 3-4 weeks at a time and always get compliments on the colours on my nails when out and about. It’s been amazing watching Jos business grow with her two new employees Rosie and Shell that are excellent at nails, tans, massages and other treatments they offer. Lajade Simpson I’m still at Layana Medispa in Finchley as I write this, because I couldn’t leave without sharing how incredible my experience has been. I just had the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. My massage therapist, Rangu, was absolutely amazing. I usually struggle with deep tissue massages because the pressure often isn’t deep enough for what my body needs, but Rangu really understood exactly where I was holding tension. The pressure was spot on, firm, intentional, and effective. She worked through tight knots I’ve had for so long, and I could actually feel the tension melting away. The staff here are warm, welcoming, and professional, and the spa itself is clean, calming, and beautifully maintained. Most importantly, I feel genuinely relaxed, something I really needed after such a long year. This massage was the perfect way to end the year and release all that built-up stress. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Layana Medispa, especially if you’re looking for a deep tissue massage that truly delivers. Ask for Rangu. You won’t regret it!

Yamina Benahmed I had my gel manicure done by Vaska and I couldn’t be happier. She’s very kind and easy to talk to, and her attention to detail is amazing. These are the best nails I’ve had done. You can tell she really cares about her work and wants you to leave happy. Can’t recommend her enough!

Keira Johnson Purchased the Japanese head spa as a gift and my husband absolutely loved this scalp massage and treatment! The girls were lovely and so friendly and the treatment was apparently amazing, we will be back!
