1 /5 Chidi Nwaubani: Im a business owner, so I get the importance of customer service, but what I experienced at this salon is beyond disappointing. Its not really a salon; its a chaotic spot with just a chair and a serious lack of cleanliness. And get this - they charged me over £90 without even offering a basic hair wash! I would have serious concerns of there hygiene The hairstyle they did was a complete mess. It looked several months old right off the chair, nowhere near what I asked for (last photo). Ive attached photos for proof. The difference is night and day. Dealing with Stella, the owner, was the worst part. She was rude, unapologetic, and even threatened me over the phone. Is this how you treat customers? From other reviews Ive seen, my experience isnt unique. My advice? Avoid this place at all costs. Its not worth your time or money.

Despite their claims of having highly skilled and professional staff, I ended up with a haircut that was nothing like what I requested. Additionally, the fact that the price I paid did not match the subpar quality of service I received. I expected a great value, but I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.
