The session activated muscle groups I didn’t even know I had, and to my surprise, it raised my heart rate like a cardio workout, I definitely broke a sweat. The instructor was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making the experience both effective and safe. I’m so glad to have been introduced to this amazing method of building strength while minimising the risk of injury, thanks to the guidance and the reformer machine.
