Electric Beauty Salon - (Near Tower Hamlets, UK)

1 /5 Baaba Jenkins: Booked an appointment via email for 6:30pm. Arrived to one of the hairdressers working on someone else. She then excused herself to an inner room where she and her colleague were chatting and giggling for close to 40 minutes. This was all happening with me left in the main salon waiting while the time drew closer to the 8pm closing time. Very unprofessional and disrespectful and honestly left me with no trust in what they were going to do with my hair given the obvious reluctance. I don’t think the aim here is to actually make money because this kind of attitude and service does not make sense. I would have understood the need for a break, perhaps if she was the only one or I was a walk-in but this was an accepted booking with two available stylists.

1 /5 God is a woman: The lady is full of attitude, theres no warmth with in her, her prices are too bad but she needs to fix her attitude, because every pound counts , thats how you build a business, she gives u appointment then comes late her self , no sorry just , I dont care attitude, her other colleague with the baby is even worst very mean attitude and both dont value customers , because they know new ones will come , but how long will they last thats the main question????

4 /5 Joanna Adusei: The two ladies staff had a very warm welcome, a relaxed atmosphere, were friendly, and did quick braids for 3–4 hours. I am happy with the service. I would love to style my hair again in the future.

5 /5 Gillian Greenidge-Alexander: I visited this hair salon today, and showed Rachel the style that I wanted my hair braided in, and she did not disappoint. After washing and blow drying my hair, which I had also asked her to do. She proceeded to braid my hair. She was polite, friendly and humble. Her work is very neat and tidy. And her prices are excellent for what you get. I was looking for someone to braid my hair, and came across her salon online. Id looked at a few salons on that day, but something drew me to Rachels. And im so glad that I chose her salon, I was not disappointed and will definitely be returning to get my hair done again.
