5 /5 Zee Zee: I visited Dr Hass for a non-surgical rhinoplasty back in May and returned for a top-up, this was necessary as my nose was quite deviated, required a lot of work and to cut the risk of over swelling and bruising, had to be completed another time. I was really nervous about my procedure, but Dr. Hass immediately put me at ease. He explained everything clearly, without any pressure, and made sure I fully understood the process before going ahead. Once I felt confident, I proceeded and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Even after the procedure, I had some concerns and was worried about possible complications. Dr. Hass noticed my anxiety and kindly reassured me that he would be available if I needed any support. True to his word, when I thought I was experiencing a side effect the next day, he responded promptly (even while attending a busy training course) and found time to advise and see me.
